What is FundedLot, in one paragraph?

A prop-firm challenge practice app. It's a realistic trading simulator that enforces real evaluation rules — profit targets, daily loss limits, drawdown, minimum trading days — on virtual funds, and coaches you by detecting every trading mistake and pricing it in dollars. You rehearse the challenge before paying a firm for a real attempt.

Is FundedLot a prop firm or broker?

Neither. We don't take deposits, route orders, offer real-money trading, sell funded accounts, or pay out profits. FundedLot is an educational simulator — the training ground, not the exam.

Will passing a FundedLot evaluation get me funded somewhere?

No. Passing earns a simulated funded stage inside the app and a shareable graduate certificate — recognition of practice, clearly labelled as simulation. No firm is obligated to honour it, and we promise no financial outcome. The real payoff is walking into a paid evaluation with the rules already boring to you.

How realistic is the simulation?

Prices are real market quotes across forex, metals, indices and crypto. Market hours are respected, spreads are realistic, and fills model slippage. Daily and total drawdown are enforced live against equity including open positions — the same basis real firms use — with the daily reset on the UTC day. Trailing drawdown, consistency and timezone rules are judged in the simulated payout check, the way a payout review judges them. What no simulator can replicate is the feeling of real money; we're honest about that in our risk disclosure.

Which rules can I practice?

Live, on every evaluation: profit targets, daily loss limits, total drawdown and minimum trading days, enforced tick by tick. In the simulated payout check: trailing drawdown, balance- or equity-based daily loss, consistency rules and the reset timezone, judged against your trade history the way a firm's payout review would judge it. That profile is editable, so you can mirror the fine print of the firm you're targeting. See the rules guide.

Does the coach tell me what to trade?

Never. It analyzes how you trade — sizing, stops, timing, streaks — and reports what each habit cost you. It will say "your average risk is 2.4% and it cost you $1,180 this month". It will not say "buy EURUSD". Nothing in the app is financial advice.

What's actually free?

The full simulator, all instruments, real prices, the journal, coach headlines with mistake counts and fixes, the challenge autopsy, the courses with the graduate certificate, and one complete evaluation. Free means free — no card, no expiring trial.

What do the paid tiers add?

Attempt packs ($4.99 / $9.99 / $24.99) add 1, 3 or 10 evaluations at any account size, one-time purchase. FundedLot Pro ($8.99/mo, $49.99/yr, or $129 lifetime) adds unlimited evaluations at every size, every mistake priced in dollars (realised and estimated), the Risk Guard on every order, the readiness score with Monte Carlo pass odds and share card, AI Analyst reports and Ask-the-coach, and no ads. See pricing.

How do I cancel? Can I get a refund?

Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings; Pro stays active until the period ends. Refund requests go through the store you bought from, under their policies — we can't process card refunds directly because the stores handle all billing.

Why would I pay when broker demos are free?

A demo teaches you a platform. It cannot teach you rules it doesn't have: no demo breaches you for a 5% down day or tracks a trailing drawdown. The thing that fails ~90% of paid attempts is exactly the thing demos never simulate — that's the gap FundedLot exists for. More in this comparison.

Practical

Which devices are supported?

iPhone and Android phones (tablets work too). The Android app is on Google Play now; the iPhone version is coming — see the download page.

Do I need an account?

You can practice locally without one. Creating an account enables sync and backup features as they roll out. Deleting it is self-serve — see account deletion.

What data do you collect?

The short version: your email if you create an account, your practice activity inside the app, purchase records from the stores, and — on the free plan — the advertising identifier Google AdMob uses for the sponsored cards. The app ships no crash-reporting or usage-analytics SDK. No broker credentials, no financial documents, nothing sold to anyone. The long version is the privacy policy.

Is FundedLot affiliated with any prop firm?

No. We are independent. When our guides describe "typical" rules or fees, they describe common industry patterns, not any specific company's offer. Always read the actual rules of any firm you pay.

Is it "FundedLot", "Funded Lot", or "Fundedlot"?

One word, two capitals: FundedLot. People also find us by typing "funded lot", "fundedlot app", or "funded lot simulator" — all of those are this product. Details and logo files live on the brand page.

I found a bug / I have a feature idea.
