Built to make evaluation rules boring

A broker demo teaches you the platform. FundedLot teaches you the rules, the sizing, and the discipline — the three things that actually decide a challenge.

Rules engine

The core evaluation rules, enforced tick by tick

Profit targets, daily loss limits, total drawdown, minimum trading days — all live, all measured against equity including open positions, the way real firms measure them. Breaches are final, timestamped, and attributed to the trade that caused them.

Trailing drawdown, consistency and timezone rules are judged in the simulated payout check, against your full trade history, in an editable rule profile — so the fine print of the firm you're targeting stops you here, not at withdrawal time.

Risk guard

Warned before the trade, not after

Every order is checked before it fills. No stop loss, oversized risk, a loss that would breach your daily limit, three positions that are secretly the same trade — the guard catches it and proposes the fix: the exact size that keeps you inside your rules.

Clean trades are never interrupted. Overriding a warning is allowed — and recorded, so the verdict can tell you honestly: you were warned about this one.

Mistake engine

32 detectors. Every mistake priced in dollars.

Revenge entries, oversizing, missing stops, widened stops, adding to losers, cut winners, held losers, overtrading, trading into the daily limit — detected from the context captured at the moment you acted, not reconstructed afterwards.

Each mistake carries evidence in your own numbers ("opened 74s after a $312 loss, at 1.8× the size") and a dollar cost. Every closed trade gets a process grade out of 100 — a winning trade with no stop and 4% risk scores badly, because it should.

Autopsy

When a challenge dies, you get the full report

The breach moment, the trade that ended it, the sequence that led there, and the counterfactual: what the same days would have produced with your risk capped at 1%. Clinical, specific, and reachable any time from your challenge history.

"Fix this and retry" starts a fresh evaluation with the surviving risk settings pre-applied — so the lesson is applied, not just admired.

Readiness

A pass probability from your own trades

Monte Carlo simulation replays thousands of evaluations resampled from your actual trading history against the plan you choose. You get an estimated pass probability and your blockers ranked by impact: "average risk 2.4% → cap at 1% adds +31%".

It is an estimate from practice, clearly labelled, never a promise — but it turns "am I ready to pay?" from a feeling into a number.

Journal & analytics

A journal that fills itself in

Every trade logs its full context automatically — equity, risk, session, spread, what else was open, how soon after the last loss. Add your emotion in one tap at close. Filter by mistake, sort by cost, and watch the trend arrows that prove a habit is actually improving.

The Mistake Lab goes deeper: Pareto charts of what your errors cost, equity curves with and without each mistake, tilt ladders, recurrence gaps — analytics you'd expect on a desk, pointed at your practice. Pair it with a proper journaling routine.

Learn & prove

Courses, and a certificate people can check

Structured lessons on rules, sizing and psychology, tied to what the coach sees in your actual trading. Pass a full evaluation and you graduate to the simulated funded stage with a shareable certificate — proof of practice, clearly labelled as simulation.

It does not entitle you to funding or payouts from anyone. It shows you did the work — which, before a paid attempt, is the only proof that matters.
