Pricing questions
Why are attempts the same price for every account size?
Because the funds are virtual either way. Charging more for a bigger virtual number would be fake scarcity. You pay for the evaluation experience — rules, coaching, autopsy — not for pretend money.
What exactly does Pro unlock?
Six things a free account does not already have: unlimited evaluations at every size from $5K to $200K; every mistake priced in dollars, realised and estimated (free users see the counts, titles, evidence and fixes); the Risk Guard on every order before it fills; the readiness score with Monte Carlo pass odds and the share card; AI Analyst reports and Ask-the-coach; and no ads. The challenge autopsy, the courses and the graduate certificate are free. Safety-critical warnings — like a trade that would breach your daily limit — are never paywalled.
How do I cancel or get a refund?
Subscriptions are managed entirely through the App Store or Google Play — cancel any time from your store account settings and Pro runs until the end of the paid period. Refunds follow the store's refund policies; see our terms of service for details.
Am I buying a funded account?
No. Nothing on FundedLot is a real-money product. You are buying practice: virtual-fund evaluations and educational analysis. Passing earns a simulated funded stage and a certificate — not funding, not payouts. If that's not what you want, don't buy it.
