Risk Disclosure
Effective 27 August 2026. Read this before treating any simulated result as meaningful.
1. FundedLot is a simulation
Everything inside FundedLot runs on virtual funds. No real money is traded, deposited, won, or lost in the app. FundedLot is not a broker or investment service and provides no investment advice. Coaching output describes your practice behaviour; it is education, not a recommendation to trade anything.
2. Simulated results do not guarantee real results
Simulated and hypothetical performance has inherent limitations. Simulations are constructed with the benefit of an environment where losses cost nothing, and no simulation fully reproduces real execution: liquidity, requotes, order-book depth, venue-specific pricing, outages, and — above all — the psychological pressure of real money at risk. It is common for traders to perform materially worse with real stakes than in practice. A pass, a certificate, a readiness score, or any statistic in FundedLot is not a prediction or guarantee of success in any real evaluation or in live trading.
3. Real trading risk
Trading foreign exchange, metals, indices, cryptocurrencies, and other leveraged products with real money carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains; you can lose substantially more than you anticipate, and in some structures more than your initial outlay. Never trade real money you cannot afford to lose, and consider independent professional advice before doing so. Retail leveraged trading is restricted or regulated differently by jurisdiction — including in India, where residents face restrictions on many forms of retail forex trading — and it is your responsibility to know and follow the rules that apply to you.
4. Paid evaluations are a real cost
Third-party prop-firm challenges charge non-trivial fees, commonly $50–$540 per attempt, and commonly cited estimates suggest most attempts fail. Evaluation programs differ widely in rules, payout reliability, and legal standing, and some have faced regulatory action. FundedLot is not affiliated with any such firm, receives nothing from the ones you choose, and cannot vouch for any of them. Research any firm carefully before paying it, and treat every fee as money you may not see again.
5. Educational statistics
Figures on this website and in the app that describe the industry (typical fees, rule percentages, failure rates) are general estimates drawn from commonly published information. They vary by firm and over time and are provided for education, not as a representation about any specific product.
